Our staff of oncology nurses at the Nevada Cancer Institute is committed to providing high quality nursing care for patients with cancer. Ongoing educational opportunities for nurses, utilization of clinical research findings, involvement in clinical research, and collaboration among all members of the multidisciplinary team are emphasized within Oncology Nursing. In addition to administering treatment and managing symptoms, our nurses participate in an interdisciplinary approach to care and are concerned about the well-being of both patients and their families.
