People. Food. Purpose.
The idea is simple enough. Re-connect with the dinner table, bring back meaningful conversation and eat food prepared with local goodness.
Project Dinner Table is dining at one long table with a white tablecloth that seats at least one hundred people.
It is a family-style feast, on over six courses inspired by local and regional purveyors. The purpose is about local artisans, building community and giving back.
The next dinner is Saturday, August 7.
Diners will enjoy "Class Vegas Swagger" through cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at the Emergency Arts Building, followed by a six-course dinner (prepared by Mirage Resort executive chef Jeff Braun and executive pastry chef Everett William) in the private El Cortez walkway.
Tickets are limited by space constraints and cost $125.
This dinner benefits Nevada Cancer Institute.
