| OTHER: | Nevada Cancer Institute (NVCI) is offering free screening mammograms to uninsured women, ages 40 to 64, during a special four-day event at the Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center in North Las Vegas.
The event is made possible through a gracious donation from the Breast Cancer Relief Foundation, in order to give uninsured women access to life-saving screenings. The screenings will be conducted by NVCI staff on the Hope Coach, will be parked at the Pearson Community Center.
The screening mammograms will be: Monday, Oct. 5, from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday, Oct. 6, 7, and 8, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There are no appointments necessary – it will be first-come, first-served. This free program cannot be use in conjunction with any insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. For more information, please call this toll-free number: 1-866-721-4673. |
