LIVESTRONG Day at Nevada Cancer Institute

Nevada Cancer Institute is proud to be part of a nation-wide effort to celebrate LIVESTRONG Day on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, from 8 am to 4 pm at One Breakthrough Way. We also will be celebrating at our northern Nevada offices. LIVESTRONG Day is a one-day initiative to raise awareness for the cancer fight and to show support for people affected by cancer.

LIVESTRONG Day is sponsored by the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF), a nonprofit organization headquartered in Austin, Texas, and founded by champion cyclist and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong in 1997. The LAF believes in inspiring and empowering people affecting by cancer. read more »
